Tempaimaru is simply Japanese name of spegazzinii, not special name of a cultivar.
It seems the tempeimaru on the photo has strong short spines and is not a normal tempeimaru.
I assume it should be add a cultivar name in front of tempeimaru something like " Tan kyou toge tempeimaru".
Spegazzinii v loricatun has short spines.
I am not sure original location but seeds came from somewhere in Europe and I sowed in 2003.
The current plant diameter is around 13 cm.
