Japanese asterias cultivars

Japanese asterias cultivars show the distinct appearances as named when the plants reached to a mature age.

1. Yamakawa Oibo Renboshi kabuto, 15 cm diameter


2. Iwata oibo Nou-hakuten kabuto, 17 cm diameter
    More ribs have been developing, 13 ribs currently


3. K. Sato Nou-hakuten kabuto, 19 cm diameter

Very beautiful plants, spectacular all three.
The one I prefer is the last one, very harmonious geometry.

Both of yesterday and today were good sunshine days.
Kabutos have started to be in flower.
