retusus cultivar
« on: Tuesday, 08 November 2011 - 19:47:52 »
The original name of this cultivar is Toku-dai Daruma Royal Tama-botan.
This is nothing special but it means" retusus v major with very large round tubercles."
I am not sure why the word "Royal" is added on the name.
1. Degrafted own root plant, propagating from purchased seeds.

2. Seedling
The special character of tubercle is difficult to comfirm by grafted plants and so I keep seedlings also.
I collected seeds from my plants and sowed in September 2006. The current size is around10 cm daimeter.
