it looks really really like a coxas and that remind me of my teory that in the lineage of onuka have to beused coauliense, and not only myriostigma, usually is far more difficult to breed myrioxasterias tan onukaxasterias, wath do you guys think about it?

my myrio hakuun has no problem at all to breed with asterias of all kind, :D

 but i don't really know if there is some coah in onzuka. it might be....

It could be...some time ago we did a cross of myrio columnare (maybe not a pure plant) with an asterias and they produced viable seeds.

This plant is gorgious! I think Onzuka x Kabuto is one of the most fascinating hybrids.

I've always been thinking Onzuka has some "Coahuilense blood", even if in some articles is reported that Onzuka came out from 3 ribbs Myrios repeated inbreedings.

Maybe we'll never know the truth about some cultivars origin!

i am awful at pictures, and they are still small... but i will try in genuary... they are about halw way between mom and dad, anyway
