forms are really closed each other, but flowers are slightly different, what do you think?
It is also possible there are more than one clone forms...

Nice plant Emanuele.

There are different clones of Ariocarpus kotschoubeyanus f. caespitosa. My first plant was from China, a big ball. I could earn some seeds from this plant. The plant in the picture is one of my seedlings. I had 3 different own clones, 2 of them are rotten. I had also a similar plant from Thailand, it was a bit different to the one from China.

The problem with this form is wenn they get wet betwen the heads, they dry very slow and begin to rot very quick, like some thin formes of crested plants.

This form is very easy to propagate, graft a small head and you have a new plant.

my clone too come from china, i've grafted some heads and sell the big head!
you are lucky, i0've tryed to pollinate my plants with plain kotsokoibeyanus but no seeds in all the two sense of the cross.....we will see this year fi i can have more luck!
