Vandessel, I also find that my A.furfuraceus often has slight cauliflower characteristics. I think to select for a true cauliflower will take many generations though.

a couple of our cauliflower in flower during 2010; for this year no flowers so far...
it's understandable why they are quite rare...

we have some problems this year with cauliflower, it's not enough cold and they do not flower...
Does anybody have this problem too?
